1. About Rise Mami

Rise Mami is a creative brand offering digital products, print-on-demand physical products, and links to third-party marketplaces featuring products designed by Rise Mami.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Rise Mami website.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

All digital products sold by Rise Mami are for personal or classroom use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Download and print files for personal use

  • Use products in your own home, classroom, or small group

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer files

  • Upload files to public websites, shared drives, or social media groups

  • Modify files for resale or commercial distribution

  • Claim Rise Mami designs as your own

All digital files remain the intellectual property of Rise Mami.

3. Digital Product Delivery & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Digital items are delivered automatically upon purchase, and once access has been granted, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available—whether the files are downloaded or not.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us for technical support.

4. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Some physical items sold on the Rise Mami website are made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party print provider.

Because these items are custom-made:

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or misprinted items

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof (photos) may be required

Rise Mami does not accept returns for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or normal color variation.

5. Third-Party Purchases (Amazon)

Rise Mami may provide links directing customers to Amazon.com to purchase notebooks or other physical products designed by Rise Mami.

Purchases made through Amazon are:

  • Processed, fulfilled, shipped, and serviced entirely by Amazon

  • Subject to Amazon’s own terms, return policies, and customer service

Rise Mami is not responsible for transactions, shipping, refunds, or customer service related to Amazon purchases.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Update or discontinue products without notice

  • Correct pricing or listing errors

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, graphics, text, logos, product images, and downloads—is the exclusive property of Rise Mami and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
