Thank you for supporting Rise Mami 🤍 Each product is thoughtfully created to support families, classrooms, and meaningful learning moments.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


Digital Products (Instant Access)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Digital items are delivered automatically upon purchase, and once access has been granted, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available—whether the files are downloaded or not.

This applies to all digital items offered by Rise Mami, including but not limited to:

  • Printable handprint and footprint crafts

  • Digital wall art and décor

  • Classroom and homeschool printables

  • Digital planners, journals, and worksheets

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, preview images, and file details before purchasing.


File Access & Technical Support (Digital Products)

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.


Physical Products (Print-on-Demand via Printful)

All physical products sold directly through Rise Mami are print-on-demand and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted production and shipping partner. Each item is made specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items, or in the case of a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

Eligible Issues Include:

  • Misprinted items

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will work directly with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Physical Items (Printful Orders)

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or item selection

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Normal color variations due to screen or printing differences

  • Wear, washing, or damage after use

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Amazon Products (Third-Party Purchases)

Rise Mami may provide links that direct customers to Amazon.com to purchase notebooks or other physical products designed by Rise Mami.

All products purchased through Amazon are:

  • Manufactured, fulfilled, shipped, and serviced by Amazon

  • Subject to Amazon’s return, refund, and customer service policies

Rise Mami does not process payments, handle shipping, or manage customer service for Amazon orders.

For any issues related to Amazon purchases—including shipping, returns, refunds, or damaged items—please contact Amazon Customer Service directly through your Amazon account.


Lost or Delayed Packages

For orders fulfilled by Printful, if a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Rise Mami is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.

For Amazon purchases, all shipping and delivery issues must be handled directly through Amazon.
