This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, depending on the type of product purchased.


Digital Products (No Shipping Required)

All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Digital items are available immediately after purchase

  • No physical shipping is required

  • You will receive access to your files via your order confirmation or customer account

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand via Printful)

All physical products purchased directly from the Rise Mami website are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days

  • Processing times may increase during peak seasons or holidays

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Rates vary based on product type, destination, and shipping method


International Shipping

Printful ships to many international destinations, including the European Union.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • The customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country


Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Rise Mami is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender for address issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

If you believe your order may be lost, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist, but Rise Mami is not responsible for carrier delays.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Amazon Orders (Third-Party Fulfillment)

Rise Mami may provide links directing customers to Amazon.com to purchase notebooks or other physical products designed by Rise Mami.

All Amazon orders are:

  • Fulfilled, shipped, and serviced entirely by Amazon

  • Subject to Amazon’s shipping policies and delivery timelines

For shipping issues, tracking updates, or delivery concerns related to Amazon purchases, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly.


Order Tracking

For Printful-fulfilled orders, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
